“Milan, a leading alpha global city that stupefies for the great emotions it can offer, a cultural, modern and lively city, rich in beauty and artistic masterpieces. The world’s fashion and design capital, Milan is the destination of 8 million overseas visitors every year, attracted by its museums and art galleries that boast some of the most important collections in the world.

SUBLIMATIONS Milan 2019 will be a great event, an International Photography Exhibition, which will gather more than a hundred fine art works of ones of the most appreciated and awarded photographers of the moment and will take place in the beautiful and friendly Fondazione Luciana Matalon, an exquisite modern art museum located in the very heart of Milan, in the close proximity of Castello Sforzesco.

SUBLIMATIONS – Thickened images, superimposed on one another, added up to a bizarre combination, into a hidden set reduced to one – the whole – symbols by which we can recognize our thoughts, our desires, our fears. Following it is solving and recognizing meanings, reading signs. To see – first with the eyes and then with the corner of the soul, all the thoughts and feelings that were hidden before, be a participant in this alchemical act – the substitution and transformation of entities and bodies into photography.”
